A “home away from home” for 192 Niagara upperclassmen, the $11-million student apartment complex opened in October 2002 after a one-year construction period. Each of the six two-story frame-and-brick buildings contains eight 1,200-square-foot apartments and is monitored by a community assistant. Suitable for four students, every apartment includes two baths, a full kitchen, air conditioning, plus Internet and cable access. The facility is coed by apartment.
